TEDxBaselWomen is back and will take place in-person at UBS Geschäftsstelle, Basel, and this year we have an exciting line up of TED talks that will be streamed, as well as a LIVE in-person panel session!

What a time it has been! The past year has upended so much for so many, and forced global reckonings with systems, processes and policies that too often let us down. So … what now? At this year’s triumphantly live-and-in-person TEDxBaselWomen, we’ll get the chance to exchange, imagine new possibilities and explore new ideas for how we might live and work better together in the years to come. We'll hear from experts on the “what now?” — and together, we'll envision a future we can build together. As such we look forward to having all genders, all ages and all backgrounds join our event.

UPDATE: Ensuring safety

Health and safety are a priority for TEDxBaselWomen. As we are all aware, in Switzerland and our neighbouring countries, especially Germany and Austria, the number of infections is unfortunately rising very quickly, reaching unprecedented levels. As a result, we feel the need to ensure the safety of our attendees and community. Therefore, we will be requiring an official vaccine certificate or proof of recovery to attend the event. In addition, a mask will be required when it is not possible to physically distance ourselves from others, such as when we are seated to view the talks and panel discussion.

We still believe that we are in dire need to connect and engage with each other, so we hope that you will join us with the comfort of knowing that we will be vigilant in implementing the right level of safety measures.
