TEDxGundeldingen took place on November 14, 2013. Ten speakers from the local and surrounding area shared their ideas to a packed house of passionate attendees. The response from the community was overwhelming, tickets sold out within 2 weeks. The success and positive feedback from attendees inspired the organizers to expand to TEDxBasel.

 
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
